What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is outdated, integrations are painful, and any kind of innovation or improvement comes with a long delay and added cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Only consider Ellucian Colleague if you have a strong internal IT team, budget for customizations, and a long-term tolerance for slow vendor updates. It’s not built for agility.
