What differentiates Dynamics 365 Commerce from other similar products?
Instead of stitching together seperate e commerce platforms, brick and mortar pos hardware, and back office supply chains it runs everything on a single massive azure backed database
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Real time inventory tracking across channels is seamless like an online purchase updates physical store stock instantly also the pos application is clean and fast
What do you dislike most about this product?
First few days of implementing this was very slow and rigid and requires expensive specialised microsoft consultants
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Someone who needs unified control over physical and digital storefronts should consider this but i will not recommend it to small businesses and fast growing startups

It gives lot of Personalization and it has lot of choice and convience. It has quick customer support and inexpensive compare to others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Builtin web customer insights and loyalty program. It gives lot of extensions and able to track product info, categories about customers. It also has better decision making tools like forecasting customer demand etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has very heavy software. Sometimes it confuses customers while working.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely will suggest to use it because of inexpensive and the customisation it gives helpna lot.
