Great Product, but don't expect anything easy.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Business Central from other similar products?

It allows the most customization out of any other CRM software I have seen implemented.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The resources available to help train for this product. There were plenty of consultants sent to my company that were very helpful with getting me to learn the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does take a lot of external collaboration to bring this product on, but that is typical of software of this nature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a plan in place, budget for external consultants. It will be hard to learn in house without anyone to be brought on to train. And when you do, ask lots of questions- they are there to help you.

The fully Cloud based edition and the easy integration with the other Microsoft products makes it stand out

My favourite aspect is the deep integration capabilities and the flexibility of customization based upon the requirements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a good product. Training and adaption to the system may take significant time but it's worth.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Business Central from other similar products?

Most of the qualities that keep MSD Business central on top are Transparency, security, performance, user interface and mainly the response given by the vendors

My favourite aspect is its interface, a user with zero knowledge can handle with in no time very easy to understand and work

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike in MS dynamics business central , but its very little expensive but user feels worthy once he started using.

MS Dynamics business central is highly recommendable for all the industries . Its very suitable to large and medium scale industries or companies
