What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

Providing some powerful features that aren’t in other similar products. For example it provides 3TB storage support and priority chat support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sync speed and third and compatibility with third party products

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack in development. Should update more according to current tech.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product for someone who looking for a very good cloud storage with simple interface.

The program is better than others because it has very good features and the ability to share files is excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instantaneous refresh rates allow for continuous uploads to our CRM. In addition, it saves me the trouble of dealing with zip files or attempting to reduce the file size of a document I'm sending to recipients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because of the number of the files in my dropbox, my personal computer sometimes takes longer to start up. It takes a long time to refresh and sync all of my data on my PC when it hasn't been on all day since I work mostly on a Mac, which I use many times each day.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use and a terrific technique to make sure you always have the files you need close to hand.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

My experience with this platform has been incredible, it is extremely safe and functional. Because this platform is cloud-based, you can use it from anywhere. The best part is that each member of the team who has been invited can edit my files and I also use this option with suppliers; I simply create a shared folder and that's it I've loved this option since day one because I don't have to waste time sending information separately and all team members with access to the shared folder can modify files, make annotations and it is also synchronized in all my teams after accessing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is one of the incredible tools that allows you to be open and comfortable when storing your important information and data. You can organize it into folders and save it alphabetically or by date. You can further personalize your critical data by using a pin code or password that only you know. It is one of the tools I use the most on a daily basis to store files and share them with my work team via links. The best part is that I can share any type of file, with the added bonus that I can access my files in seconds no matter where I am.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that bothers me is that when I go into the mobile version, even though my smart device has space and applications for PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, among others. The files I try to open from my cell phone throw errors or simply cause the application to close abruptly, which sometimes forces me to restart the computer for a good synchronization and to get the file to save, plus I can't edit the files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although it contains information in the mobile applications, it is an excellent option for freeing up space on my devices, as I do not have duplicate information everywhere, and it allows me to share information with my work team and suppliers. This software backs you up, and you can simply store your important documents on it without worry or hassle. It is simple to use and saves a lot of time.
