What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

This is an incredible cloud-based place to store and access your data. It doesn’t matter if you are working from the office or they have assigned you work from home. This is a remarkable addition in any case. You can access the shared files securely and safely from anywhere around the world. Also, you can easily send and receive data from across the globe.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can access this cloud based system remotely and safely from your place. Another best thing that I like is that we can share files with people or clients who don't have access to the software very easily yet in a secure manner. All the features come at a very reasonable price and cherry on top is their easy to use interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is great in saving, sharing, sending and receiving documents. However, when it comes to finding specific files, it becomes a mess. There should be a way to store files or find them later on easily. This is the only thing that needs some tune up for the time being, overall it’s a good purchase.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sharing and receiving important files in today’s world is a bit of concern for many people but when it comes to the name of reliability and security Dropbox Business is a name of surety. You can live your digital work-life in a safe and secure means, if that’s what you are looking forward to, I would recommend you to go for it.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

This platform is precipitously adding more features which makes this platform robust. Security is one of the most important features for cloud storage, and trust me, DropBox is really day-by-day getting a more secure cloud platform. This platform supports multi-factor authentication for login. Post login, an Immediately automated email will be sent as acknowledgement. Also supports many other security protocols, like maintaining a complete history of devices where the user is logged In and easily removed from any time from any device. You can add extra security by using the Vault feature. The passcode can be enabled to make it more secure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

"Easy to use" is one of the most favourite aspects for me irrespective of platform. Especially I love the mobile application and iPad application. This platform supports almost all document files, even you can rename the file name within the app and very easy to create a new folder through app. The PDF file can be converted to PNG or JPG which is very easy to share on any page as an Image. Surprisingly files can be available to access when the internet is not available by using "Manage offline files". One of the best and most likeable features is "secure your all password". DropBox application has an inbuilt video player to play saved video.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rather than dislike, there are few feedback that can be added in an upcoming release. I have saved a lot of Zip files but there is no way to preview the Zip files content or no way to UnZip file within the app. It would be nice to have preview Zip files content and the in-app UnZip feature will add more value to the product. Even there should be at least 15GB free space because another cloud storage vendor provides 15GB but DropBox provide only free 8GB. One minor issue I had faced during integration with MS Word.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

DropBox is one of the best platforms as a cloud storage platform which is also known as the most secure cloud storage platform. This platform has many more features which attract users too much like, enable/disable AutoSave feature, Tagging feature, Dropbox Business is used with the security of having multiple layers of protection for the files handled by the user, etc. This platform allows us to leave comments, use emojis and stickers.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

It's very simple and integrates easily onto my desktop, applications, email.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its integration and speed for uploading. Everyone can access it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing - it's great.
