Comprehensive integration with many strong tools creates ease for us to incorporate Drift into the ongoing tech stack. All these make it my favorite software.

Its main focus is on automation, but there is always a risk of its automation in AI-driven conversation. Although AI-driven features are efficient enough, they may not always detect the distinctions of customer queries, which leads to blocking if the conversation is handed off too soon.

Its account-based marketing features help us to tailor collaboration for high-profile accounts, thus increasing the outcome of sales efforts and marketing. It provides actionable insights through its strong analytical and reporting capabilities about conversion rate, which in turn optimize workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its slow response time is something that causes issues in hours of immediate needs, especially when we launch products or handle high-engaged events. Its analytical and reporting capabilities are overwhelming for beginners in our organization who are not familiar with tracking the data or custom reporting.
