What differentiates Dotdigital from other similar products?

The data integration was great and worked well for us, it also integrating well with our CRM platform to ensure that unsubscribes were recognised. The workflow feature was also very easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Data integration and Workflows

What do you dislike most about this product?

The additional costs to create a landing page for unsubscribes (preference Centre) put us off. This would have been a beneficial feature that allowed us to understand why people were unsibscribing and also fi it was a particualr part of email. The analytics on CRM wasnt always straightforward within our MIcrosoft Dynamics and meant that excel sheets were often downloaded to then follow up on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make preference centres part of the costing platform - just a form with basic fields. More help with the integration of the analytics within CRM to allow the right follow up
