What I think makes dotCMS special is that it's a noCode software. It makes it easy to manage and market business content.

This software offers leading industry features. It's affordable yet effective and easy to use. It's friendly thanks to it's no code capabilities

There has been no flaws using dotCMS

What differentiates dotCMS Cloud from other similar products?

dotCMS enables the users to handle multiple websites simultaneously as well as share the content between those websites. Content can be displayed through a wide array of widgets which makes it more appealing. It offers an unopinionated approach to page layout.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a cloud-based system which is surely a thing to boast about as it allows one to upload content from anywhere. Through dotCMS we have been able to build a strong, and engaging customer experience across our website.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The upgrades/revisions of dotCMS are complex and difficult to comprehend. Permissions of the platform are hard to comprehend. Moreover, the content push is not at all smooth. It crashes as soon as you want to upload any content.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

dotCMS is more compatible for you if you are planning on starting a website from scratch. Although the tool is still in its babyhood yet, it has the potential to make one’s life much easier through its flexibility.

What differentiates dotCMS Cloud from other similar products?

The team of this platform supports and their service is available throughout the day and night for their customers. It can integrate with other softwares as well. People do not have specific timings to be followed and to contact. To facilitate customers on that level, a 24/7 service is initiated which facilitates customers and increase their confidence on platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform is flexible and easy to use. This platform has low price as compared to other platforms. This cost effective feature enables this platform to be unique which enhances customer base and people tends to use it even on trial basis as prices are low.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Admin panel is difficult to operate and it needs improvement. Management of pages should be improved. There are a lot of errors in this platform. These errors proves to be a source of irritation and frustration for customers at times. Also, in upcoming updates platform should be made user friendly so that people should feel ease in operating the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It should make admin panel and other features simple. The platform should remove the errors from the website and develop a mobile application. Admin panel is something people look for while operating platform and it should be their top most priority in creating ease.
