Nice interface and easy to use. Allows you to view and edit documents very easily. Makes it possible to maintain an excellent work flow in the organization. It has great precision in capturing forms. Searching for saved documents is extremely fast. It is quite accurate in scanning different types of documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far the only negative thing that I could notice is that the initial configuration can be difficult and it could not be used to its full potential.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to configure, with an excellent interface. Sharing documents is easy and fast. The workflow setup is relatively simple. This tool not only offers document capture, but also has a series of applications of interest necessary for the office, OCR allows us to obtain images and digitized forms that do not lose their quality. It integrates seamlessly with SalesForce and QuickBooks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dokmee is agile and efficient, although it lacks the option to perform smart searches on document elements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent software to capture images and very useful for administrative work. It meets all the requirements we need to work with Microsoft Word, DWG, PDF, PNG, JPG files. I recommend it.

With Dokmee's workflow capabilities, we were able to create multiple custom workflows to route invoices to the appropriate manager or managers for approval. It is a product with a very commendable development and that demonstrates its correct operation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Indexed data can be categorized into sections, making searching a breeze, and information is available in seconds at your fingertips rather than minutes or even hours if you manually search through a stack of paper records. Easy to use, friendly and stable after installation and performance. The number of integration options is also excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One point against this product is that it lacks compatibility with other platforms to promote the rapid distribution and capture of documents. Undoubtedly it has very good characteristics but it is a product that tends to close when at these times the everyday is openness and inclusion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I definitely recommend it, it has very good functions; However, if you have a platform that has a large number of software at your disposal which all work in harmony it may not be such a good idea to switch to Dokmee. If not, use it without a doubt.
