What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

Dokmee provides a very efficient set of tools for document management, organization and collaboration. It offers all the elements for digitizing documents that can be easily stored and retrieved. It has the necessary functions to create an intelligent digital workflow, increase performance and improve productivity. It also generates an optimal collaborative work that allows access to any file from anywhere and at any time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dokmee has an easy-to-use user interface. It is highly secure and designed for a variety of purposes including document storage, search and retrieval, and file sharing. It integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks. It is compatible with a wide variety of files such as Word, Excel, PDF, TIFF, Auto-CAD and others. It allows you to save documents safely and access them quickly. It has a customer service that responds quickly and efficiently to our requirements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far considered that it should be improved is the smart search tool and its user interface can be more attractive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform has features that provide efficient document management and allow for a stable and secure digital workflow. I recommend its implementation.
