What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

Dokmee provides the most versatile features for organizing, scanning, and sharing documents. It is an optimized platform that allows users to access and manage documents within a secure environment. With a simplified user interface and all associated features to streamline the digital transformation process. This cloud-based system allows for changes and updates in no time. Generate an optimal workflow with integrations like SalesForce, QuickBooks, and Oracle.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its user interface is modern and has a very small learning curve. Its search function is very fast and effective. It admits to personalize the documents, by means of electronic signatures. Users can quickly and securely access and share files from a desktop or mobile device. It has the useful option of sending documents through email and through links. OCR provides a fast and efficient document digitization process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This platform has a set of functions that guarantee efficient document management. The only thing that must be considered is its cost, which turns out to be little high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dokmee saves a lot of time in document management that can be used in other tasks in the company. Provides security and confidence in the management and handling of documents. I recommend its implementation.

It is versatile and scalable. It is affordable. It is easy to use, efficient and secure. It integrates with other programs like Quickbooks. It has a wide range of document management and imaging features. It supports multiple languages It has a great and responsive client support system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to share files easily across our organization. We can store and manage any type of documents. We can view files of any type like PDF, TIFF, JPG using its powerful viewing capabilities. The user-friendly interface. It increases collaboration and communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Poor services from the client support team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It suits well organization with scanning and storage needs. It simplifies the storage and managing of files. I would not hesitate to recommend it for others to try it out.

Affordable price and easy implementation. Other similar solutions require a lot of development and requisites to be successfully installed but Dokmee makes it easy and intuitive.
