I’m familiar with the platform now!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Being unable to make changes to a document once the file is moved and ready to be notarized. Some clients have needed to use a different documents or make changes to a document that has already been uploaded. This means I would need to start a new session and uses additional credits to make the necessary changes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have enough work each month to cover the software cost.

Security and audit trail. I feel confident in them even with the userability still being klunky and no direct customer service phone number

It’s still very klunky and the user ability can improve - significantly. However it does not totally hinder the transaction.
