What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

DocuSign sign -in authentication and identification protocols for our customers , takes an extra workload off my team, by automating the responsibility and process of verifying the identities of individual customers for specific business transactions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Docusign web forms have been very helpful. The web forms has allowed my team to collect data from customers and use the data collected, to pre-populate contractual agreements that they can sign immediately. In my experience , Docusign web forms has improved the speed of signature collection from customers .

What do you dislike most about this product?

When customers make mistakes on contractual forms we send them via DocuSign, there is at the moment no provision, for them to simply edit the signed form. Rather, we have to send them a new form ,which they have to fill all over again.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe this is the ideal software for modern professionals to utilize for collecting signatures electronically from customer and clients.
