What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

It has a wide variety of features such as multiple signers that allows people to sign a document either sequentially or simultaneously.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is convenient as it allows us users to sign and manage documents from anywhere, at any time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficulty with complex documents: DocuSign is not well suited forb handling very complex documents with a large number of clauses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To consider which features are important to them and make sure that the pricing plan they choose includes the features they need.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

I have used just DS so not sure how to compare.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is intuitive and you get help easily by a simple google search or reaching out to support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Error message take time to understand. During each salesforce refresh we had issues with user mapping. Even after mapping it sometimes does not work. Also on impersonating as an end user it throws error and hard to get past that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good product and like any other products it is still evolving and you have to keep trying new things to get pasts those weird errors. We were using send docusign button so far but have built conga lightning button for this but still feel like DS was a better one. But just my opinion.
