What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

DocuSign has many incredible features and it is easy to use. Therefore, you are unlikely to experience any problem when uploading files, editing them, sending to clients to sign. Signing documents is also easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like DocuSign because anyone can use it without training. Even new customers rarely find it hard to use. It also makes clients know you mean business so they fulfill their obligations without issues. I also like it because it saves time because clients can access the documents and sign them from home or wherever they are.

What do you dislike most about this product?

DosuSign is a premium solution which attracts a monthly or annual fee. Obviously I would appreciate a reduced rate or a free tool with similar functions. You can not edit documents or sign them when you are offline. It also makes some clients feel like we are pressuring them to enter into a very serious contract. Some back off at that point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Create a template that you can easily edit by change names, service fees, and contract dates etc and send to clients right away. You will save time and ensure the contracts are fairly uniform.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

Ability to generate e-signatures using a widely trusted source. Excellent auditing capabilities, can reach external people easily and good workflow solution. Auditing is great

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to integrate to 3rd party solutions such as Salesforce. Apply templates and can route to different people based on workflow. Easy to configure

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes fields in templates do not align, Workflows are good if configured properly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trial the solution and establish business requirements before implementing, will save a lot of time.
