Not sure as we haven't looked at alternatives since implementing the tool over 17 years ago.

Ease of use and ability to access and organize documents.

Nothing that I can think of.

If you have a lot of digital documents that you want to be able to organize and easily access or review, this is the tool.

the customer interface is better through ColumbiaSoft versus the competition. personal care and walk through helps.

quick archive to repository is great.

once an item is scanned into a specific person, cannot be deleted. maybe a security feature?
