What differentiates DocStar from other similar products?

DocStar is more reliable and provides the best user interface to all the end users and super admin through the dashboard access. It easily organizes and automates the HR teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The DocStar set-up and documentation is good and the support team is always available.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes much about the DocStar but I feel the UI can be much better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will definitely recommend to consider this product if you are looking for HR Automation.

DocStar adapts to how we work. Whether it’s organizing creative briefs, tracking campaign approvals, or ensuring compliance with client contracts, everything flows seamlessly. No more endless email chains or lost files—it’s like having an ultra-organized assistant who never drops the ball.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Something I didn’t expect to love as much as I do? Automated workflows. Getting approvals used to be a bottleneck—waiting for feedback from designers, account managers, or clients felt like herding cats. Now, we set up automated review cycles where the right people get notified at the right time, and progress doesn’t stall. It’s saved us hours per week and keeps campaigns moving without those “just checking in” emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile experience could use some love.
