What differentiates DeskTime from other similar products?

The cost of entry is very less. It also provides lots of capabilities in free tier to understand the app. It provides us a very good insights into where we spend majority of the time in the day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Classifying the time into various blocks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It sometime slows down the system, with high CPU usage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please do consider using this app to understand your own time or how your team spends time. Especially for companies in the services industry and are remote.

DeskTime is the best Employee monitoring application out there that lets us record our employees' interactions with clients to check that service quality is satisfactory and that staff is using their time wisely. This is the finest option for increasing productivity, performance, employee efficiency as well operational excellence.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Phone conversations, emails, social media engagements, and chatrooms may all be logged to guarantee that specific initiatives are successful and that employee quality is maintained. DeskTime delivers extensive insights on how our employees and supervisors are spending their time during the workday, helping them to improve performance and productivity. Its analytical data is useful to charge clients appropriately or keep proper records for paying employees.
