What differentiates DeskTime from other similar products?

When I contacted them to buy a subscription, they offered me a fully functional trial version so I could make a better decision before upgrading to a paid service. I'm one of the new users, having used Desktime because of its enormous functional system with a lot of incredibly adjustable and functional modules.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It features a fantastic dashboard that is also fully customizable. I am a big fan of its productivity bar as well as excellent customer service. Another feature that I found incredible is the ability to customize our productivity apps to make them the best fit for our settings. I appreciate how simple it is to track time for each job.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is an employee Monitoring, time, and productivity tracking system but it is probably not suitable for the employees and teams who spend a lot of time away from the desk to conduct their job. This tool should not be used in toxic work situations. The online timer does not track well when you first start it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Desktime is not only beneficial to employees in terms of monitoring their actions, but it is also beneficial to employees in terms of forcing them to be honest with themselves and assisting them in being more productive.

Desktime is a simple technology that has performed effectively and smoothly in our environment. We have a wonderful experience on it and also because we have spent a huge amount of time with them, we get amazing pricing and deals. For our settings, it was the best solution we have adopted yet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's amazing because it captures everything we do on our computer, so if we forget to track time for a task, we can calculate it from DeskTime. Also, seeing how much time an employee spends on each app or website is quite important since it forces them to analyze their actions more carefully so as a result they make use of their time more wisely and boost their productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For this product, I believe it would be very wonderful and superior if we could set an indicator to regulate the service and have it operate just when we have a duty and switch off instantly after work hours because people who use their laptops sometimes forget to close the software even after work hours.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The nature of their employment, as well as your surroundings and interaction with your team members, will determine whether it is appropriate for your environment. So you need to think about it more thoroughly because if you have a toxic environment where competition exists, a subscription will be a waste of money.

DeskTime is a completely automated employee monitoring program that assists us in identifying unproductive behaviors among our staff. Using this amazing system we are also now able to record invoices as made, forwarded, paid, and so on in DeskTime which as result makes it easier for us to keep track of our company's financial flow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I was wowed to see its simplicity and the power with which it turns the uninteresting jobs into enjoyable chores and disciplines our team, allowing us to spend more time expanding our company. Using this we can increase our team's efficiency, we can remove handwritten records, and can compile accurate data to distribute to our staff or our board of directors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The hours report does not convert in decimal format, which is inconvenient for paying staff. Another bad of this system is that it got crashed or become sluggish frequently and forces us to wait for someone to get things back or restart it, after restarting it where response time is a little slow which is totally a waste of time. The lack of luxury in the design is a bit frustrating.

DeskTime is a game-changer in the market that I would strongly suggest, and organizations that are contemplating it should implement it immediately to reap its plentiful benefits. DeskTime assists in identifying employees' inefficient practices that may be hindering the growth of any organization. It is an ideal solution to manage and track employee productivity and their working hours.
