What differentiates Deltek Vantagepoint CRM from other similar products?

Deltek CRM is less costly as compared compared to other customer relationship tools with advanced features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives us an opportunity to monitor and update our clients contacts on our database. The interactive calendar helps us to interact with our clients freely and collect business insights.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any great challenge while working with this platform. Everything meets our demands on customer relationship.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Deltek CRM is cost effective and very reliable in customer engagement journey. It has build great customer pipeline and increased sales since we deployed it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to use, you can easily handle database and can filter you’re your data during work. Customer support is very good. Tech support helps you to solve many problems. It helps you to evaluate the progress of your company or to get new business. It tracks your purchase order and fixed assets. It is secure and reliable. Functions are very good for accounting and management department. It is very helpful to keep your worksheet updated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not very user-friendly for some people. It is more in size as compare to others. It is not compatible to some browsers. All the functions are not accessible with every browser.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is recommended to manage your team but it can be frustrating for someone who are using for accounts.
