What differentiates Deltek Vantagepoint CRM from other similar products?

Its ability to create both user-initiated and scheduled workflows allows user to add intelligence to their actions within the system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software’s ability to make out your own user-defined areas, grids, and even whole Information grid is a big benefit. User can make out what he need in-house, without needing to engage outside consultants for most needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It should be modified and made easier for the users and they find it difficult in working, especially on home page. Users need a professional training session before working on deltek which is not that feasible for many.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It should be made easier and working mechanism should be made easier. So that users could work without any proper training sessions and they can do their work in more productive way.

The software offers the best keys that don't need the help of an external source. Thus, there will be no need for any customer services here. Moreover, Deltek CRM software is intuitive and has a beautiful interface that motivates the user to work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As far as the beneficial aspects are concerned then the software offers an easy way to upload data and provides good reporting features. Additionally, the users will have the perks of exporting the data without any glitches.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When it comes to the user interface then it is quite complex to operate by an average skilled person. Furthermore, some specialized skills are needed to operate this tool. You have to manage your expenses as well and the interface is also undesirable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Deltek CRM provides the best job in the long run and helps you in keeping the best pace at work. The software has built-in multiple functions which are best for startups.
