What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Dayforce is having HR, payroll, and time tracking in one real-time system. Changes update instantly, which reduces errors and makes payroll and workforce management much easier to manage day to day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest drawback is its complexity. Dayforce can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users, and some everyday tasks take more steps than expected. Implementation and configuration also require a lot of time and effort.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dayforce is a great fit for mid to large organizations with complex payroll and workforce needs. Plan for a detailed implementation, invest in training early, and be clear about which modules you truly need to get the most value.
