What differentiates Cynet Platform from other similar products?

The ammount of details in the detections. The easyness of usage during Incident response.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

During incident response is almost vital in order to ingest and detect IOCs

What do you dislike most about this product?

The remote shell should be greatly improved. At least the stability. The integration with third party tools like SIEM and SOAR is left behind.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's one of the best there is and it greatly helps you in fixing your security posture

What differentiates Cynet Platform from other similar products?

The combination of pricing, features, and support was the best we found.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The 24-7/SOC is a peace of mind for any normal sized company to have that cannot have their own in-house version. The real-time threat hunting and ability to isolate off an endpoint that is triggered via auto-remediation playbook is fantastic also.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing so far has been a dislike. However there were a few times we had to contact support when the platform became a little too over-zealous on it's blocking/detections. Would rather that than the alternative however.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are several excellent XDR/EDR platform offerings on the market. However feature to feature, support to support comparisons, I don't think you'll find a better solution in Cynet's price range. They punch way above their weight in value to dollar.
