What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a user of Crownpeak DQM, my favorite aspect of this product is its simplicity and the convenience it provides through the nice dashboard. The tool's user-friendly interface and well-organized dashboard allow for quick and easy identification of issues across multiple market websites. Being able to see the issues at a glance saves valuable time and effort, enabling me to efficiently check through various sites in our organization. The ability to deep dive into specific issues from the dashboard is another feature I appreciate. This functionality allows me to quickly investigate and resolve any problems that may arise on the websites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a user of Crownpeak DQM, the aspect I dislike the most about this product is the lack of a direct and user-initiated option to initialize a new scan from the dashboard. Having to rely on raising the request with the support team and waiting for their response can introduce delays and hinder our ability to promptly address any concerns or issues that our clients may have with their websites.In the fast-paced digital environment, time is of the essence, and being able to quickly trigger a new scan from the dashboard would be highly beneficial.
