The effectiveness of this product overall makes the hiring process much quicker. It weeds out those who won't need hands holding through our licensing process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The initial set up was frustrating.

What differentiates Criteria from other similar products?
IThe fact that I can email the clerical test to a candidate and not be worried about space for someone in the office taking the exam.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Saves time and money for both our company and our applicant. No wasting time on pointless interviews or worse a serious regrettable hiring.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no complaints, no least-liked features etc. I value the entire package.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Know how great the tech support team is. When you receive updates the new features may intimidate you but webinars and live online training are very helpful.
