What differentiates Creatio CRM from other similar products?
From initial contact with potential clients until finalizing a deal, we tracked it all in Creatio. Creatio is also used as a ticketing and customer service reference tool. Creatio also fulfills other requirements, such as time monitoring and project management. Because of its low-code/no-code capabilities, Creatio has quickly become a go-to resource for our business, allowing us to meet a wider range of user demands.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
At first, Creatio was only utilized to boost sales, but now it's integrated into every facet of our company. It runs our audited Quality Management System and marketing strategies and budgets. It has been so helpful that we are now building up the service end for our operations team to utilize.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a pain to deal with numerous third-party programs where just one is missing the necessary link. There is a wide range of potential applications, making it challenging to prioritize needs and allocate resources accordingly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our ability to implement tracking mechanisms and dashboards pertaining to contracts has greatly improved the efficiency with which we handle them. Furthermore, with docu-sign integration, you may finalize all necessary steps within the system, eliminating the need for extra steps or trips between applications.

What differentiates Creatio CRM from other similar products?
Creatio is not just another beautiful or funny CRM. It is much more. There was an attempt at all processes to make programmable without code, only by managers. And I can say that this attempt was successful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If you rebuild your thinking on understanding and automation of processes, then in this system, it's one pleasure. In addition to the traditional functionality of the CRM, you will also get the embodiment of your desires by your own hands.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At the same time, rebuild your thinking to the process approach is not easy. Also, not everyone can like the approach to build functionality itself without code. It will be difficult to redeem, despite the good video tutorials.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend to communicate first with specialists who have already implemented or used this system.
