What differentiates Cornerstone LMS from other similar products?

The learning management system is highly customizable and offers a unique experience for each user type.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The system allows you to automate as much as you can, which is so helpful to manage the system and take things out of your daily tasks. Allowing for moving pieces in different parts of the system increases your options to get the right people the right training, at the right time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the reporting options were scalable. We would like to be able to send things out to more than 10 users - and the current Reporting 2.0 limit doesn't allow that. We would use this feature so much more if we could set it up to send to positions, groups, etc. rather than just named users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommended Platform with ability to customize and automate.

Video training materials are the best with transcript and playback speed features.

Collaborative features needs to add more community like option.

Go for this product for all your Training management needs. Keep an eye on cost.
