Cornerstone brings a comprehensive skills and knowledge sharing experience that helps employees get the right information All training materials are updated, with continuous evaluation to ensure skills development The app consolidates the compliance tracking standards and they lead to professional development

Cornerstone allows feedback from diverse groups and stakeholders and they are all shared in a single system The training that Cornerstone offers is centrally positioned and structured to ensure effectiveness

Cornerstone is a slow solution that takes more time to load or function Beginners find Cornerstone more clunky and boring

What differentiates Cornerstone LMS from other similar products?

Cornerstone gave us the ability to set certification deadlines, restrict campaign access for untrained employees, and pull audit-ready reports. It’s strict where we need it to be, especially in onboarding

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cascading learning paths are powerful. We built tracks by role and client vertical. So an Account Manager working on a healthcare client gets compliance modules, client-specific decks, and storytelling techniques in one flow. I also like the content integration. We connected it to LinkedIn Learning and uploaded in-house sessions, so everything lives in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UX hasn’t caught up with learner expectations. Completion rates dropped when courses felt like a chore to click through

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ideal for HR and L\&D teams under pressure to prove training compliance. If you're managing large accounts with SLA-based learning requirements, this tool pays off. Just make sure to brand the training UI with your agency’s visual tone. Learners engage better when it doesn’t feel like vendor stock.
