My experience with Cornerstone Learning Suite.

What differentiates Cornerstone LMS from other similar products?
One of the best LMS in the market is Cornerstone Learning Suite. I like how it has a lot of flexibility for setting security which allows us to use the features we want to. I like how it provides a very robust structure to load and deliver training to the right group of users and at the right time. It is one of the best LMS that delivers all the different types of functionality needed in an agile and robust environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Full LMS features with subjects and skills tagging, reporting, AI. I like the fact that it is highly customizable to suit your needs and the observation checklists are a valuable tool not offered by many LMS applications. Again, the learning tool is extremely versatile and highly customizable to suit your needs and with a variety of different training types available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only challenge about Cornerstone Learning Suite is that building curricula can be a little bit steepy though overall, i don't have major complaints.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Cornerstone Learning Suite. The best and most reliable LMS.

What differentiates Cornerstone LMS from other similar products?
The reporting options are so much more robust than SAP SuccessFactors. The LMS is much more intuitive to use. The ability to make custom pages blows other platforms out of the water.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the reporting 2.0 suite. It’s so easy to make a comprehensive set of reports and publish them to a dashboard so that leaders can digest data quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike how you cannot extend a performance review step due date after it’s initial deadline has passed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Manage your OU structure well and things will fall into place. You’ll have the flexibility to filter and specify things as granular as you like.

What differentiates Cornerstone LMS from other similar products?
Cornerstone LMS is an incredible and solid solution that comes with all of the features you expect. It has an easy and simple interface to use for learners and multiple administrators can easily work on the same courses thus delivering maximum value to our employees. I like its flexibility for setting security to allow us to use the features we want to.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cornerstone LMS provides a very robust structure to load and deliver training to the right group of users at the right time with relative ease and efficiency. I like the ability to do observed training as well as testing the capabilities of the users. Additionally, Cornerstone LMS is highly customizable and user-friendly as both an end user and administrator.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do wish that we could be able to upload larger video files or easily imbed links other than just YouTube streaming. Nothing else to mention as a challenge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend Cornerstone LMS as the best LMS and great product for all your learning management needs.
