What differentiates Convene from other similar products?

Helps making the preparation for white board meetings much easier by having all the required files and slides in one place

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers both cloud and local storage so that content can be accessed from any device when required. The file sharing features allows the documents to be reviewed by other stakeholders in a quicker manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A wider range of format support for file sharing would be good to have

A great tool for preparing and running board meetings

The app has well-organized pages, is simple to use, has very detailed user manuals, and provides excellent customer service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1) The personalize security settings to meet the needs of the organization's policies. 2) Make it simple to build user accounts in a short period of time. 3) Make it easy to build meetings and upload presentation files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Device Registering for 2FA is a pain, particularly when users can't recall which device was the first to be registered or which devices had previously been registered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great software & must try for the interested vendor & support team just amazing
