Offers flexibility to create events. Its user interface is visually pleasing and extremely easy to use. The initial configuration is simple and fast. The video quality is much better compared to other platforms. It has the useful function of sharing your screen. Allows presenters to interact effectively with attendees. Facilitates group creation and improves interaction with meeting members. Provides useful chat function, which improves interaction with participants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A stable Internet is required to ensure optimal participant connectivity. You need to have better user management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform has a set of functions that guarantee an easy organization, optimal creation of events and an efficient connection to the event regardless of the location of the participants. I recommend its implementation.

What differentiates Convene from other similar products?

The system helps Company Secretary manages all the Board Meetings in one platform. It is user friendly even for old person with limited IT knowledge. The support is excellent, always on top of everything.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Convene is a hidden gem. It has as rich features, aesthetics, and intuitive interface as BoardVantage and Diligent, while costing at least 40% less! It's a clear winner for those who are value-conscious.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Having used two similar products, I really struggle to find a fault with Convene, as it generally provides the same functionality more efficiently and for a lower cost. It would be helpful to be able to hyperlink between documents within the document library but unsure if this is just something that isn't possible with cloud based software. Probably the biggest fault, based on the feedback from our Board is...why didn't we get it sooner!

Will highly recommend this. Easy to understand and use.

Convene works really well for both remote and in-house meetings. It is packed with rich and powerful features that support our executive meetings and collaboration. It's easy to use and the security features have helped us exchange sensitive documents and also have files control. With all files centralized in one place, it has helped us with following up on meetings and simplify tasks. It is the best tool for using to hold meetings for teams located in different places.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software offers features that enabled us to review , sign files and complete filling up surveys all under one single platform. I love that it is easy to use and that board meeting is now more effective than ever. We have no worries about security since this has been taken care of. All our sensitive files are secure and we are at less risk of exposure. Also, we have had fast board approvals with this software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that was a disappointment was how shallow the documentation is.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Convene is the best tool to use to get fast board approvals, effective collaboration, and reduce the risk of exposure of data outside the companies network. It eliminates the use of paper processes and board meetings can be done remotely because of the high-level security it offers.
