What differentiates Convene from other similar products?
Convene simplicity was our selling feature. It ensures easy access of document and in joining meetings. Having a centralized place like the board portal for storing documents has streamlined document management. When working with teams, the video conference tool comes in handy. It is easy to use, and the user interface looks modern and clean. Overall, it is the combination of quality features , affordability ,and simplicity that makes Convene unique from their similar tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Convene has made it easy to hold meetings and enhance board experience of management members. It has simplified everything for us and in addition saving us tie and money. Our company secretary have the ease of preparing for meetings, generate report and meetings in seconds. Locating board paper is fast and easy. The directors are also able to approve documents easily. When casting votes in meetings, the voting features simplifies the process. Convene is all about simplicity, and we are glad we choose to use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Convene has enabled us to continue holding meetings and enhancing efficiency. I have nothing i dislike about it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Convene has enabled us to hold paperless meetings and has robust security feature of high standards. It has been a great help to our companies' secretary, making her tasks much easier than before. I highly recommend it.

What differentiates Convene from other similar products?
Convene is extremely affordable and provides features and functionality that are powerful. It is more than a meeting tool. Support is great and second to none since they are always available on a 24/7 basis. The security it offers is amazing at protecting data that is sensitive and maintain data security. It is a reliable and easy to use software. It is particularly easy for administrators to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Convene has changed the way we manage our board meetings and from an administrator point of view it is easier to control the platform and update it regularly. Furthermore, it has saved us time and money since we don't have to print a board pack. Support is amazing and providing solutions to our problems. I love that we can easily share, review and approve files in one single meeting. It increases transparency since collaboration is easy with the ability to comment and access to each reply.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing i can say i dislike about it.

Our overall experience is great. It is a user friendly platform, great client experience, customer support is great, and the price is affordable.
