What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?

The software is incredible and has proven to be an excellent ally for the operation and control of the activities; the workflow has been very influential in having good productivity. The support is extraordinary to achieve confidence in the self-management processes of the software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since its launch, it is the most important because colleagues feel more comfortable with it and can evaluate projects more efficiently and concisely. There are many aspects to the program, and we like it because it can make us brilliant partners who can help create very fluid and exciting support in the industry. ConnectWise Manage can help you improve the efficiency of your work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting is not user friendly, even basic reports require a lot of scripting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?

The use of ConnectWise Manage in my organization has been consistent of an optimal management of our data and the organized management of our systems and production processes, it is an incredible tool that has allowed us to centralize all the information of our business in the same environment. It has a very attractive interface, it integrates with third party tools without any complications and its customer service and support is first class.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once it's "properly configured", Manage does a great job as a ticketing system. It can be quite powerful and there seems to be lots of integrations available. ConnectWise offers all the details of communication, including chats, calls, and also content sharing. ConnectWise demands so little, hence, users can fully subscribe from the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that the program has a very high price; they should reconsider the offer to get a more verified demand for the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ConnectWise has many programs/add-ons available. However, it appears these add-ons were from completely different companies that may have been purchased and brought in. Each program's interface is different. Before making a commitment to ConnectWise, I would recommend looking at all the other managed services options available.

ConnectWise Manage focuses on time management, where every activity is conducted within the least time possible, to ensure there is utilization of resources. Further, ConnectWise Manage tracks the expenses details, for the purpose of accountability to the staff.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Process automation is the credible feature that ConnectWise Manage helps us in, and time or resources end up being well utilized. Also, ConnectWise Manage incorporates the workflow and task management, where allocation of the required resources is made.

What do you dislike most about this product?

ConnectWise Manage is functional on Windows, Android devices, but not efficient with Apple products like IOS or iPhone. The need for this is to include all people who need the service to the equation or program list.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ConnectWise Manage understands the diversity in the market, and the importance of digital power. The resources that ConnectWise Manager requires are minimal, when compared with the product gains. More so, ConnectWise Manage has close supervision or all the resources that a company own.
