What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes when we hit an issue, or I get stuck, I'll reach out to SalesForce support and they tell me to reach out to Conga support, who then tells me to reach out to SalesForce support - and round and round it goes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the perfect product if you are looking for more polished, professional quotes versus the out-of-the-box quotes that Sales Force offers.

Easy to use and very basic functionality at a very reasonable cost.
