The basic CPQ product was first presented as if it met all the company's requirements; however, our organization had some unique needs that needed to be addressed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Due to the vendor's focus on "selling licenses", support can be a headache. However, we are now better at tracking customer and user cases

Integration with external systems can cause the cart processing to become stuck or trapped in a loop, making the pricing process take an exceptionally long time to finish.
