What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

I've used these to handle project information transfer, meeting minutes, and team cooperation. Because Bitbucket is company code repository, it spares us significant number of hours. There's now a designed integration also.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's quite simple to construct rooms and collaborate with other peers to finalize the layout and analysis. It is simple to distribute data. It's a wonderful idea to give folks who don't have immediate web access the ability to save webpages as Pdf files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing is also on the upper end of the range; not all businesses can pay to use the platform. Document styling is difficult when individuals are accustomed to Microsoft Office-style layout.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is the finest tool to utilize if you are lacking guidelines manuals for your settings. Employ the web-based solution to avoid the need for network infrastructure.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

The link between attlasian products work wonders. Using their ecosistem we can switch between product seamlessly. The editor itself is improving and have a good autosave feature. Permission and role management is easy to use and implement even for non IT guy. Business team can use the tool seamlessly without feeling intimidated. Good support of feature for "coding" related text. Catalog and indexing also great and easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Role and permission access ease to use won my heart. Other than that, the ease of integration with other popular product is good. There is a lot of third party integrations and template to use too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime without clear notification, product might have small problem like inaccessible or edit not working properly. But vendor support will quick to resolve the issue. It will be good if we have notification earlier though.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Manage user well since it cost money. Manage permission well so different role can work on the same space with different content catalog.
