What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Among the many helpful tools available, Confluence is a standout for easing the burden of project documentation and administration. Differentiating features include incorporating Jira problems into document creation and allowing team-wide collaboration. Tables can be added and formatted with ease. When it comes to recording sprint ceremonies, making decision logs, and documenting technical documentation, Confluence is an excellent choice.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Confluence allows us to effortlessly tag, collaborate, and comment on papers with coworkers. I can access the JIRA project management system via it is a plus. The seamless nature of managing projects and products directly results from Confluence's ability to interface with all other Atlassian products. The user interface is intuitive; I can browse the workspaces of other teams, create my own, and encourage others to chip in.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Confluence has excellent characteristics as a collaboration tool. So nothing much to complain about. Although it is a little pricey, Confluence is ideal for large corporations and is out of reach for startups. To get the page layout I want, I'll need to be familiar with the available macros and make do with the restricted options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The time and effort saved and the increased transparency that results from teamwork proves that Confluence is a worthwhile investment. Support for Jira and Bitbucket integration is also quite helpful. It helps in the smooth flow of ideas across multiple teams. Confluence handles all of my company's paperwork, from business and functional analysis papers to meeting documents.

It had great UI design for beginners to use and easy to understand the features. Great to Collab with colleagues and disuses about the further plan of the project and update it among the colleagues and client

It had amazing Collab feature and a great workspace to plan and discuss with the client and colleague about the upcoming project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We faces some lag issues while working on it and it should be updated. We have being using for a long time and now we are facing these issues

Highly recommend to organisation to implement it with employees and can be used as great platform for discussion.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

CONFLUENCE was really amazing. According to our demands, I found CONFLUENCE to be good for team collaboration and project management. Confluence was entirely powerful and different from all of those tools, and it contains a lot of complex capabilities that alternatives don't have. We are seeking a shared workspace similar to Confluence and have looked at many alternatives and finally found Confluence.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its personalization, in my opinion, is one of its primary strengths because it provides me the option to work with my own preferences. With its help, I am able to quickly and easily manage assignments, build communities, find, share, and discuss ideas, ask for advice, and obtain feedback from the team members. Its robust search engine and well-structured page trees make sure that material is constantly accessible and simple to find.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is challenging to browse since some users remark that confluence takes some getting used to. Although we can access the file and save it, we are unable to view the changes that have recently been made to it. However, in general, the application is excellent, and the technical staff has fixed every minor issue we found.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Users have the capacity to store organized, comprehensible communal information. Additionally, it is a welcoming and social environment where anyone with permission can make announcements and ideas, promote involvement and engagement, and receive immediate feedback that is automatically saved.
