This is an industrial grade documentation and storage solution

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very customizable, to the point of distraction! Plan what you need before you experiment with setup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its tricky to remove past configurations which clutter up the options and can make it confusing when getting started.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you can get an experienced user to help set up your configuration, this is well worth the time and effort.

Confluence's inability to support multimedia files like audio and video. Also confluence's pricing is high as compared to similar platforms.
