What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Flowcharts creation is quite easy here compared to other document creating apps. Organisation of such pages in a tree structure in different spaces is hassle free.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Confluence's advanced search feature which allows us to precisely find specific content in our collaboration projects. The Confluence user interface is pretty simple navigate and use

Less number of templates. It would be great if we get more templates
