It is the platform that is greatly familiar with our team, hence the change of vendor or solution will seem to be impossible

Lack of licenses monitoring, once you buy 300 licenses, it should be sending you reminder if it is about to exceed
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Most company will probably be very familiar with this, and it is that way for many reasons, integration with Jira is one of the best thing

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
The language used is accessible to a broad, general audience, and the text is free of grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors. The content of the enhanced text is as close as possible to the original text, and no new aspects have been added. It has sections organized by kind of initiative, including webinars, trade exhibits, newsletters, etc. For a comprehensive view, Confluence seamlessly integrates with meeting apps. When a customer provides feedback on a loyalty program or successful segmentation strategy, this integration automatically adds CRM records displaying verified marketing offers, backlog influence, and customer feedback.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Participants use Confluence's feedback tools to comment on campaign elements that generate interest among prospects, resulting in productive conversations for our representatives. In addition, contributors can identify areas where messaging was ineffective due to industry misalignment, providing insights for future executions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While Confluence's text-heavy format may be less appealing than the trendy enterprise social networks to some, its strength lies in its flexibility.
