What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

According to me powerful collaborative editing which offers realtime collaborative editing and allowing multiple users to edit a document is the feature which differentiates confluence from others

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I would say my favourite aspect is the flexible and organized content structure which provides me customisable spaces, rich content creation etc..

What do you dislike most about this product?

Confluence is a powerful tool however there are still something's in software to be solved like it's is complex for new user, user interface clutters while working in multiple projects etc..

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should make sure that his team is trained enough to use confluence at its fullest and also define your objectives first

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

According to me i think thr rich content creation of confluence which provides content creation tools like templates, macros etc .. differentiates ot from other software

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect about confluence is it's powerful integration capabilities with atlassian ecosystem

What do you dislike most about this product?

Confluence has very complex user interface due to which new user may find it difficult to start with it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that before using confluence you should first asses your needs than start with using and customising template

Confluence is easy to use and maintain in the cloud or server app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Jira integration, the dashboard and add-ons you cant get.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Comment management in Confluence has missing features like no list of comment or in page-edit mode there is no comment list.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Confluence is free to use for up to ten users, check it out to see if it is a good fit for your team
