My favorite aspect is the integration with Jira. This allows us to link project documentation directly to Jira issues, ensuring that development work and documentation are always in sync.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Managing permissions and access rights can be complex, which may lead to accidental exposure of sensitive information if not configured correctly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a Scrum Master, I would recommend utilizing templates to maintain consistency across documentation, and regularly review permission settings to ensure data security.

I can say confluence is one of the best tools.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

The flexibility to add anything like files, dates, tables, etc. on an open canvas. Confluence also provides better structure to keep the items.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The collaboration, documentation and integration flexibility is my favorite aspect of this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Handling large table like with more rows, it takes lots of system resource considering the text only.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A must to use product. Far better than any other tool known to me.
