My favorite aspect of Confluence is how seamlessly it integrates with Jira, allowing documentation and project work to stay perfectly connected. This saves time, reduces confusion, and keeps teams aligned.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Confluence is that the interface can feel slow and complicated at times, making it harder to quickly find or edit information.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence is out main data management tool, it makes easier our jobs since it has all t he information needed in one place, as well documentation and processes. Customization is a huge plus, it is extremely helpful for collaboration, to document processes, document updates, share information across teams and its extremely secure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization and information sharing, I love how easy it is to share updates and keep track of every information across the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not very user-friendly, the interface must result kind of complex for new users, the editor sometimes is also a tad slow when inputting a fair amount of information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try since it keeps all information in one place, its useful, helps you manage all your projects and assign them without any issue, great for collaborations and remote teams.
