What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Confluence is its robust collaboration features. The ability for teams to work together seamlessly in real-time, comment on pages, assign tasks, and create shared documentation fosters a highly collaborative environment. This aspect not only enhances teamwork but also improves communication and productivity within organizations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Confluence offers extensive customization options, configuring advanced settings and permissions can be complex and require technical expertise. However, these challenges can often be overcome with training and support resources provided by Atlassian.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When considering Confluence, define collaboration objectives and start with a small-scale trial. Invest in user training to ensure effective utilization. Customize cautiously to avoid complexity, and leverage integrations with other tools for enhanced productivity. Encourage team adoption through promotion and feedback channels. What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Not sure about other products, but in Confluence we have many features that include tracking the status of a team on an hourly daily, or weekly basis. Workflow and APproval management is very helpful for the managers and the developers to get the document reviewed and get it approved.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
API Integration is one of my favorites as an RPA developer because we wanted to do a few automation in the confluence where we needed to add knowledge documents so this was done using API integration. Apart from that Role-based access is very helpful in securing the folders or documents. Assigning the tasks and categorizing it based on the priority helps teams to work on the prioritized tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reminder functionality needs to be added as it is missing in the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One who is looking to manage documents based on version control, manage the tasks assigned to the team, and follow workflow and approval management processes using a single can ultimately go for this product.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Confluence is a good product especially when we create a business and collobration for the requirements specific and taking orders from the business to the developer team and testing team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Able to read the summary very much effective way , attached the document and link the URL's where we are not need to worry to transform the page here and there so it was a wonderful feature
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing was dislike all the links in a single page and requirements are cleary visible

Yes i highly recommend most of the product based telecom companies use this product
