The main difference between Confluence and Jira is their primary function. Confluence is a collaboration tool designed for creating, organizing, and sharing documentation and content among teams, while Jira is a project management tool focused on tracking and managing tasks, issues, and workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can add more integration with other tools through APIs.

Try a demo version and read the tutorials very well.

My favorite aspect of Confluence is its deep integration with Jira, allowing for seamless collaboration between project management and documentation. It excels in keeping project-related information, wikis, and notes organized in one place. The platform's scalability and ability to serve as a comprehensive knowledge hub for teams, particularly in software development and engineering, make it indispensable for tracking and managing complex workflows across multiple teams

What do you dislike most about this product?

Confluence's user interface can feel cluttered and difficult to navigate, especially for non-technical users. It lacks the intuitive, visually appealing design of some competitors like Notion. Confluence provide lot of ads ons like lucid chart, jira, I frames etc and easy to use.

Add ons like lucid chart, user friendlier.

If you are looking for a decent document developing tool which embed tableau dashboard, data bricks dashboard using iframe and embed charts confluence is the best tool
