ConcentrixCX helps us product managers to get actual feedback from clients about the product, since we started using the feedbacks are straightforward and clients that engages in surveys have increased.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tool is powerful and meets our needs of information visualization of information from surveyed customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Learning curve is steep, it takes alot of time to understand how it works but feature rich.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is intuitive to use once you learn, good at visualizations and excellent at 360 feedback passive and active signals.
