The lectures and trainings in addition to the frequent updating features to make using the product easier is top-notch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Auto report generation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't think I dislike anything about Pipeliner CRM

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. Study the materials in addition to the lectures delivered by the Nikolaus Kimla, the CEO. He is great at making this software user friendly.
