What do you dislike most about this product?

The analytics and that sometimes everything is very slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

An easy to use platform with many features. Some of them (e.g. importing/exporting) need work to be better but a nice overall experience.

What differentiates Codebeamer from other similar products?

The document view is a great feature for trackers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Both the document view and the very comprehensive Rest API that make it easy to integrate and write custom reporting scripts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UI is sometimes lacking intuitiveness. Collaboration could also be improved especially around people tagging and notifications in the comments section of work items. There are also some opportunities to improve the Rest API (I am thinking about the import of ReqIF files through the API).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would encourage working with this tool.
