What differentiates Codebeamer from other similar products?

In an industry that required detailed traceability of software development activities, I haven't found another tool that can match this functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Traceability and customization to a business workflow. You can really mold this product to any workflow because it's so adjustable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The last time I worked with Intland, it wasn't quite as robust in agile development tracking and modifications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really evaluate what you need out of an ALM/Requirements management tool and look closely at how this fits into your organization and workflow. If there's something you think it cannot do, take a long look at the custom options. There's a solid chance you can mold it into exactly what you need.
