Integrated solution with hardware and software ready to use almost out of the box. Very flexible modules

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexibility of promotional pricing program

What do you dislike most about this product?

Troubleshooting is a bit cumbersome. Customer support is excellent but no capability for remote diagnostics

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure you have a true SME in your organization to act as a troubleshooter for at least the first three months
